I think we have a winner:

Hanlin eReader:
Dimensions: 255.8mm (L) x 173.5mm (W) x 14.3mm (H)
Display: ePaper (E-ink technology) 10 inches, 825 x 1200 pixel
Storage: 64MB Nand Flash ,SD/MMC card (Support for 2GB)
Weight: 320g (includes battery)
Battery: Li-ION 950mAH
I/O: USB1.1
Format Support: PDF, DOC, WOLF, HTML,JPG, TXT, CHM, RAR, ZIP, Images ETC.
Operating System: WOLF LINUX OS
Hardware CPU: Samsung ARM9 200Mhz CPU
Although a little more expensive than the other two, around $600, the specs are very good. Unfortunately it only have a Chinese version, for now.

Reading a post on Gizmodo I found and interesting comparation.

Sony Reader vs Amazon Kindle. I don’t understand what’s the problem in choosing one. On the Amazon side I have to pay to read something against paying nothing on the Sony side. The Sony gadget reads most popular formats, the Amazon only a specific kind. And the price is $100 below.
Bottom line, first I will wait for the first billion buys (and testings) them I will figure what to buy. But, one thing I know, I have to got one of this to my train travelling.
